  • Descrizione: A woman originally from Smyrna, Mrs. Efthalia (Georgia Vasileiadou), lives in a poor Athenian slum. Her main occupations are cooking, gossiping and matchmaking. The neighborhood pastry-chef (Nikitas Platis) flirts with her, and since she takes care to patch all the broken relationships in the neighborhood and to find mates for anyone who is single, she naturally yields to the advances of the sweet man.
